This Year we will be featuring a partial screening of the newly released film "Numen" The Nature of Plants...A new look at our health care reform
We are pleased to have Nancy Curley from Leelanau Veggies to speak about fermented foods. And as always an herb walk weather permitting. A wild foods luncheon will be served. $12 donation

Harvest Cornucopia of classes at BeeDazzled
Come and join us as we explore all the many ways of creative play with wax,
soapmaking and natural fibers. Wear old clothes and be prepared for a hands
on experience. Emphasis is on a fun process!
Spooky Halloween Candle Class
October 21st 10:00-12:00
Hey all you little goblins who love to create magic. In this class we will
hand-dip mushroom candles and make fall leaf luminaries for your
Halloween fun and more! Wear old clothes.
Cost is $15
Harvest Candle Class
November 12th 10:00-noon
In this class kids of all ages will enjoy making your own "Corndles". Dip
your own wonderfully fragrant beeswax tapers from the new harvested beeswax,
and carve or pour your own gourd candle.
Kids are $15 per session
Adult soap making class is November 24th 10am till noon and December 8th 7:00pm-9:00
Holiday Candlemaking Class Kids
December 7th 10:00-noon
In this class we will experience the season through making ice candles and
snowball candles, as well as hand-dipping beautiful tapers to enjoy through
out the holidays. Cost is $15
